GSM/UMTS swap project in Armenia
During GSM/UMTS swap project drive test and optimization services were provided in cooperation with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
The project timeframe was in the period of April-September, 2010.
During the swap the functionalities and services of Single RAN (GSM/UMTS) BTSs were checked, as a result of which corrective actions were advised and implemented.
Post-processing and periodical reporting were one of the cornerstones of the project.
GSM/UMTS sites swap and LTE rollout in northern Part of Armenia with Ericsson
Single Site verification tests after the swap with Cluster Drive tests and optimization activities for GSM/UMTS/LTE technologies were performed in cooperation with 3rd - party company for Ericsson. The project timeframe was in the period of October 2012 – December 2013. Our specialists were providing direct support to Ericsson engineers during the swap to avoid delays in procedure.
During the swap process simultaneous drive tests helped reveal and solve the occurred problems on the spot. Cluster drive test and optimization were done separately after each cluster swap. Analysis, suggestions and reports were provided directly to Ericsson.
Drive Test and Post processing services Nokia Armenia
Starting from 2014 AVA Technologies is the permanent partner providing all required field test measurements and analysis to Nokia Armenia. So far field test services for new software release verification and validation were provided.
New GSM/UMTS RAN product lines tests have been done prior to live roll-out.
AVA Technologies has regularly been involved in network problems detection and troubleshooting.
